Five Drivers of Coherence in State General Supervision Systems

This Fast Five applies the five coherence drivers articulated in Fullan and Quinn’s 2015 book, Coherence: The Right Drivers in Action for Schools, Districts, and Systems, to the work of general supervision and explores how they can strengthen the connective tissue between the system’s components.
