IDEA Fiscal Management

Helping states meet IDEA, EDGAR, and Uniform Grant Guidance fiscal requirements and strengthen the fiscal systems that support students with disabilities.

How can we support your state?

The fiscal support team provides guidance through the [email protected] listserv, virtual calls, onsite support, and the development of fiscal resources.
Fiscal topics that the team supports include, but are not limited to:

  • Allowable use of funds
  • Compliance with IDEA, EDGAR, and Uniform Grant Guidance fiscal requirements
  • Development of written fiscal procedures
  • Equitable services/proportionate share
  • Excess costs
  • Indirect costs
  • Subrecipient monitoring and fiscal risk assessments
