Tools to Support Effective Virtual Stakeholder Meetings

Web-based meetings, necessitated by the coronavirus pandemic, continue to be the new way of getting work done, posing technical and adaptive challenges for both hosts and participants. Virtual meetings may be intentionally structured to facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure that the virtual environment is welcoming and accessible to all participants. These tools are intended to help participants and facilitators to run effective virtual stakeholder meetings. The resources include checklists and considerations. Additional resources will be added to the collection over time.
