Often parents of students most at risk are some of the parents that struggle the most with understanding the "process" the school corp is using to share information and service provisions.

16:53:11	 From  Lesa Paddack : Yes, I have seen many good examples in Indiana where communication from school corp to parents are clear and robust. Parents know who to contact, that their rights are still intact and what is happening in their child's education. This parents are aware of what the district is expecting from the school staff and have clarity in what to expect. It is clear when there is more confusion from parents and many have not accessed what they could have accessed due to lack of understanding.
